I'm just nitpicking.... but rather than calling the A major a Major 2 chord (from that paper), I'd understand it clearly if it was called a II Major...with a Gmajor7 chord being a I maj7. Take care Pebber. And stay safe brother. Thanks for sharing so much knowledge over the years!!!

No its not II chord its a major triad from assumed root 9. The 9 is the note A an octave above the tonic note G. The chord stack is a Maj13+11 chord and its spelled G B D F# A C# E G - 1 3 5 7 9 +11 13 1. A C# E is a major triad derived from the Lydian chord stack or chordmode, not functional Roman Numeral harmony.
