Pebbly Beach Campground - Yuraygir National Park, NSW

Pebbly Beach Campground has 60 open sites. Area is accessible to high clearance vehicles only due to the river/estuary crossing to access the camping area. This can only be done at low tide. Free firewood at turn off from Station Creek Road.

Hi Marc, no not that I know of. You need to be pretty self sufficient to stay at Pebbly Beach.

Hi, nice video, looks great! I'm looking at bikepacking up to Staion Creek and Pebbly Creek campgrounds from Coffs. I take it to access Pebbly Creek campground, you need to travel down the beach and cross a creek mouth. If so, how far is along the beach? Many thanks, Lorenzo.

Thanks, great to hear our video was helpful. The crossing on the video is at low tide. I have done the crossing since making this video and hit it right at low tide and it was even lower. If you cross where the signs tell you too there is also pebbles on the base which make it easier to cross.

Hi Yoni, to get to this campground you have to drive up a beach and then drive across a water crossing. It is best to cross the water crossing at low tide however there are still some deep areas and it changes all the time. I guess it comes down to how confident you are driving your car on the beach.
