I've spoken to my local Priest, he helped me, although I can't receive the Sacramental Absolution, I can mend my mistakes with charity and whole-heartely commitment, I know my original comment was way too eery, but I was really scared, the Priest explained to me that even tho I've fell into temptation, God sees my guilt and remorse, and my will to stop sinning, because God isn't the "god of the past" he's the God of Present, so my guilt and wish to repent is what separates me from other sinners, thank you for listening.. Dont worry, the only thing you should truly fear is not having repentance in your heart. In regard to the other aspects you mentioned, ask God in humility that he may give you memory of all your wrong doings and a Contrite heart in order to feel repentance.
