Here is my translation and performance of the one and only Palästinalied in Latin. I’m using ecclesiastical pronunciation in true Catholic fashion. Again, I’ve tried to keep to the rhyming signature while not changing the meaning (too much), and I’m quite pleased with how it’s turned out. Let me know what you think! Which is ridiculous because much of academia, particularly scientific academia, contain Latin terms. Any biologist would know that, species classification is all done in Latin or Latinized names. Also any true Catholic ought to know a bit of Latin, Latin mass is definitely a good experience to partake in.
