Sounds delicious. I eat pecans often. Can you recommend a spice other than Cajun? I’m not sure if I’ll like that spice. But I want to make this.

Any spice you normally use for fried chicken will work. Paprika, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, even cumin will work.
