Good little unit. My concern is that it did not overload running the heater. Just because it can is not good, good way to start a fire because the internal safeties were not engaged. Good job on the video.

Great review. Most of my power outages are 3-5 hours long, and I could definitely use that for my fridge (without opening it).

Good review. This unit is tiny but a decent starting point for emergencies on a budget.

@@thatguychris5654 yep agreed. I’ve gotten a lot of feedback that my large whole home system is just too big and overwhelming. A lot of people wanted a smaller place to start their solar journey.
@thatguychris56542 ай бұрын
@unpluggedtexan indeed, these systems can get pricey as heck. I started my journey with a 2kW, 1.5kWh JJPower unit for just under $1k a year ago. Saved me a couple times already. Now working on home-made permanent setup to run all the basics, then upgrade from there as funds allow. Going all in from the jump is darn near impossible.

I bought one in October for $300. Still going strong.

The fact that you picked it up for $300 concerns me. This type of unit should go for 3x that.

Probably not good to stress the pecron or the fridge on start up😮

If that is a relatively new unit it should not be at 80% capacity, it should still be at 100%
