Haha I immediately recognized the snarky puppy. Can you say, have you seen anyone use a way foot pedal with that? Ive seen a guy cover "stickerbrush symphony" (donkey long ost) and perfectly imitated the sound with this pedal and an attached way type pedal.any advice?

thanks for perfect review!!! could you tell me if output A is sending JUST "dry sound" + output B is JUST "synth sound" ? in Behringer BSY 600 ist working the routing!

I don't remember what the output A does. I only used the B output and I controlled the dry signal and effect using the first volum (stacked). I don't have this pedal anymore and I don't know the BSY 600. (sorry my English). Regards from Brazil

2ES Hi. If I remember correctly, the A output (mono) is if you're using one amp. Output B is if you want to plug into a second amp, thus creating a stereo effect. Output A still gives you the effects. Hope that helps.

I'm a bassist looking for a pedal which will replicate the sound of bass synths used in Genesis Turn it on again, ABACAB, other tracks by Michael Jackson and Madonna. All the demos I hear for bass synth pedals have sounds i'm not interested in also Politics of dancing's bass synth sound Can the syb5 get the sounds like i stated above. Thanks Tom K

I'm thinking of buying this exact model for £129 which equates to £166 dollars to put it in perspective if you're from the States. Do you think this is a reasonable price for this pedal?

Well, I don't know where you live but here in Brazil this pedal is costing (dolars) between $174 (used) to $303 (new), BUT, here we pay about 60% more taxes than "normal" price. If I were going to buy on ebay (coming from the United States), a used one by $125, I would pay around $ 230 in total (price + freight + taxes).

Sorry but does this pedal put the riff you play in loop too? I mean, you cannot equalise the sound while you're using your two hands for playing if it's not in loop

Awesome demo, but I don't like the sound at all... Do you know why boss never did one like this for guitar? I've been trying to find a single pedal that will give me the synth sound I used to have on my Boss GT-3, but so far none of them come even close...

I find it doesn't track very well. Bought it to run along side my Aftershock for (yes I know) muse bass lines. Can't play it quick enough for hysteria without it sounding really poor.

There are many styles that work very well with these pedals, it depends on the effect, the music, the preference of each one, in short, there are many variables
