Excellent redesign of the switching method for each note! I recently repaired an older version (from 2019) of Viscount pedalboard and I was surprised to see tiny conductive rubber switches inside. I made video of the repair, before I watched this video, and I suggested using reed switches or Hall sensors instead of the tiny tactile rubber switches. Great work!

I have a Viscount Empire Theatre Organ that has the following issues: 1/ some of the pedals are having intermittent connectivity issues, 2/ one note on the lower manual no longer works, 3/ the "0" thumb piston doesn't work. Can you suggest what I should do to restore this instrument back into optimal working condition?

I just called the service dept. at Viscount with the same question. They say that around September 2024 you should be able to buy from Viscount a retrofit kit with replacement PCB boards and magnets.
