One thing I get asked about all the time when I'm on the road is "how do you survive years of touring?" Well, I'm here to tell you most of it isn't what you think. At the Milwaukee stop of the Marilyn Manson tour, I got to kick it with the homie Ben Hinz, of Dwarfcraft Devices. We had some down time at the hotel so we decided to shoot this video MTV Cribs style, we're even giving you a sneak peek of two new Dwarcraft Devices pedals!

So awsome to see that you take all these steps to maintain your helth on the road! I wish more people had this mentality. Be careful though. When you roll your back out make sure you stop about half way down where your rib cage ends, when you roll your lower back there's no support against the roller and will be detrimental in time. Thanks for the 2 tennis balls in a sock tip, that's gonna be great for me!

Good to see you taking care of your back. I need to do some of those exercises myself. Cool travel bike too. That must be huge for maintaining healthy body and mind on tour. Some fresh air and activity really helps me to maintain a great mood. Also stoked to see that you’re into kombucha. The GT’s is good stuff. Love those drinks so much. So much better than drinking soda’s.
