Bro!!! 😍 This is what i was looking for!!!. I was searching for the video on how the ABS really works. Everybody else (won't say the names) on youtube just summed up the ABS to the sensor on the tone ring and ECU near the throttle body which keeps observing the speed of the vehicle but nobody even described the term HCU let alone explaining it!! 😂😅... I knew it that the mechanism has to be somewhat like this only that's why i searched again and again, video to video until i saw your video with a thumbnail of ANIMATION (which obviously makes it a lot easier to understand). I knew this video will get my job done. You taught us the real mechanism bro. You taught us the real physics behind this... Thanks alott brother.. Your efforts will pay you.. Ride hard Ride safe ✌️ 💯. May God bless you ❤️ PS : This is the second time I've commented on a youtube video 👌🏻🤗

1. The kind of information you provided in the video deserves a good level of animation as you narrate. 2. In dual channel abs, would the correct way to apply brakes be hitting both the brakes together? I hear a slight metal click sound when I apply the rear brake with proper pressure. Stupid mechanics in the service centre have no idea what it is. Do you know what that is?

Hey bro... The video is very good... However I have got one question I own Apache RTR 200 ABS, but when I apply brakes then rear wheel gets locked... Means nit completely, but bike fishtail a lot and this happens on the speeds above 60kmph, cement roads, smooth tarmac, and if the the handle is slightly turned.... I'm so frustrated with this... I can feel the pulsating movement in brake lever... However the rear tend to lock easily.... Do you know any reason for this..?
@AjithBuddyEnglish5 жыл бұрын
Thank you👍🏻💖 I think some thing is not ok with your ABS. First check for any dirt accumulation on the rear wheel toner and sensor. In my experience and in theory it should never lock at all. If no dirt then something is faulty, Puneri Ajay

Thanks brother 😍 Yes, definitely👍🏻 there is springs in every solenoid valve so if it stopped working, the valve will come back to its normal position and will work like a non abs brake. Same with the motor too, the ECU will detect that and stop all functions.

Dear friend nicely explained. Thanks. Can you explain us, what is 4 caliber ABS system in KTM 390 bikes. Is this more efficient. According to you, which bike in India has good efficient ABS braking with 300cc bikes.
@AjithBuddyEnglish5 жыл бұрын
Thanks Asif👍🏻💖 Duke 390 has 4 piston caliper front brake with dual channel ABS. This means it has 4 pistons in the front caliper to push the brake pads against the disc, while most bikes have 2. In short more powerful braking. I think 390 has got the best brakes in that category.

You earned a subscriber by this. There is a question, i have been having some issue in my abs apache 200 abs. The issue is the brake lever often in good pressure but sometimes it just comes back and touches the acceleration bar. Just to.make it clear if the pressure is correct it wont touch the acceleration bar no matter how hard i pull it. And sometimes it gives some sort of pumping brake on light braking. Have tried all options, changes the lever set, new pads, air issues checked. Could you please suggest something?

@AjithBuddyEnglish5 жыл бұрын
CBS is a brake force distribution system between the two wheels. It will not prevent a wheel lock up or skid. On the other hand ABS will not distribute, but monitor the wheel speed and avoid the wheel skidding by adjusting the brake force. You must go for the ABS one, it's a life saving technology👍🏻
