Great video sir! I loved the music and the videography. It’s also a great day when you can burn some powder with the Brown Bess.👌🏼

Now we need to wait for Britishmuzzleloaders to regress even back and we'll have cabin fever with a matchlock

The two funnest things about flintlocks-misfires and hangfires. Nothing like a hangfire to really enhance an already hyper accurate smoothbore. Anyway 2 good shots and pretty video. And snazzy uniform.

Beautiful rifle! How do you like the Pedersoli? Nice video. Very cool that you got into character. But the sun glasses? :) WOW! That Brown Bess looks awesome!

if you do not mind, but how far was that target? 200 yards?

nice gun but i could not handle how high you had the music compared to the actual reloading and shooting

Sunglasses? Really? You had to ruin what could have been a damn good vid.

My Friend, your sunglasses are not historical.

Dumb question but I presume this a genuine flint-lock?

Nice video but you made a horrible safety violation when loading. If you first prime the pan from your paper cartridge, you MUST use a frizzen cover / hammer stall to prevent an accidental discharge if the half cock notch should fail!
@3DVIDEOSMurray3 жыл бұрын
That may be the safest way to load such a gun. But that is not common practice. Such a risk is more often remedied by simply never having crucial parts of your body over the muzzle while loading. Frizzen covers are utilized more for hunting purposes when the gun is to be handled for prolonged periods while on half cock.

You MUST use a frizzen cover? He just proved that isn't true. He is doing it the military way (with the exception oh using a patched round ball), just like they did.
