👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Another great posts. I love how you bring your own personal stories into your posts. It makes you so easy to relate to and engenders trust in your advice. We immediately know that we are on the same page regarding our preference for functional medicine. I love experimenting with herbs, amongst other things, and echinacea is now my go-to when confronted with throat and cold infections for myself and teenager. I believe it's good for mouth infections, too. I've coconut oil helpful in relieving dry, itchy swimmer's ear. Good idea of letting your kids listen to posts like this too. My daughter listens to me when I say Dr Ruscio recommends ... just because he allows her to eat what she wants on occasion for her social and emotional well-being. 😊

When my grandson was born by cesarean section my daughter used baby probiotic drops. Is it helpful to continue with them now he’s weaning & on mixed solids? 🤱

@DrRuscioDC7 ай бұрын
Xylitol mostly affects the oral microbiome, but that can have a positive effect on the gut microbiome too. Here’s more information on that: drruscio.com/oral-microbiome/.
