Where can I find a copy of the technical data sheet for the Peel 3, and how does the accuracy hold up compared to the creaform handyscan elite?

Hi Sam, we don't have a lot of the technical data yet but should have it soon. If you want to email us I will send it to you when we have it. our email address is [e-mail] As far as accuracy we will be doing an in-depth demo video to include accuracy testing when we get our demo unit.

What is life term of this scanners,how long they last.. how often they need calibration.

Hi Jason, there is no reason the scanner won't last for many years. We have customers still using the original GoSCAN 50 (peel 2) for over 8 years. Calibration is typically done once a year but that really depends on the customers needs or ISO/ASA requirements. Some customers never send their scanners in for calibration especially the peel models.

@@jasonshane4606 Calibration is not required unless your 3D scanner was damaged and had to be repaired. As long as you take care of the scanner you don't need to calibrate it unless its for ISO/ASA requirements. Most peel customers do not need to meet those requirements. Why? why isn't anyone making mac software? I have looked a lot for a 3D scanner but can't find a company that supports Mac. Artec, einscan, peel. Can you help?

Hi Baelt, I don't think any of the 3D scanner companies support Mac's. All the engineering and CAD software is on PC so there isn't much demand to run on a Mac. Sorry.
