Hi, great video! my question for you is if you take them up are the floors sticky? I would like to do this in my rental unit and I am worried about the clean up/floors being sticky and the process for cleaning the floor up when I want to move out.

FYI The reason for snagging the joints is to complete the illusion that the floors are real wood floors. Real wood floors are installed with staggered joints in order to prevent warping. By staggering the joints on vinyl plank flooring at first glance it looks like real wood.

I have a question, did the peel and stick vinyl plank blend in well with the rest of the flooring in your house? I’m considering doing this type of DIY at home and I’m concerned about the floors not blending in well.
