Hello Madam, Your example "She dares climb the tree" with "dare" as Modal, I think, it is NOT correct. It should be "She dare climb the tree" as it wont change it forms according to the subject as a 'Modal". Please check and correct

Yes. You are right.But, In positive sentences, It doesn't make any difference and is required by grammar checker tools. But, in negative sentences,THERE IS NO 's'
