Amazing! I love Supaman. Here is what I got when I typed in Supaman. "As a member of the Apsaalooke Nation, Supaman makes his home in Montana. Supaman is Christian Parrish Takes The Gun, a Native American dancer and innovative hip-hop artist who has dedicates his life to empowering and spreading a message of hope and faith through a unique fusion of traditional and modern culture." I grew up in New Mexico and many of my friends are Hopi, Isleta, Navajo. My husband who passed away was Meti, and so many people I know are Native Americans. I live in Calgary and we have many tribal reservations connected to the city and I've been blessed to be able to partake in so much of their culture my whole life. Thank you for reacting to this amazing work. Peace and love only ❤

Supaman is amazing, thank you for reacting to him! A great native American rap group is Snotty Nose Rez Kids, they have some great stuff that mixes the culture beautifully, im white but my children are half native, ive spent over half my life on a reservation and wish more people would appreciate and showcase their beautiful culture and people . Their traditional outfits are called regalia and the dances are a way of praying xo

F*ck man! Amazing that you reacted to this dude. Indigenous rap is a great world to explore. Check out "Snotty Nose Rez Kids," "Drezus", 'Frank Waln," "Nataani Means," "Okema" (Life of a native)... the list goes on and on.

I love that you guys keep pushing boundaries with a truly open mind and aren’t afraid to approach things that foreign to you without judgement. This was my first time hearing Supaman and it moved me! I saw a comment here that provided a link to a 6 minute interview with him and I immediately checked it out. It gave me chills the entire time hearing him speak. I would recommend you guys react to that interview before doing another one of his songs, it’s powerful and really provides some perspective. Amazing job, guys!!

The fact that his birth name is “Christian Parrish Takes the Gun” 🔥. A few of my Native friends showed me this guy, he is fantastic. Anytime someone can blend their talent and tradition to connect with others is a win. We need so much more of this in the world. Stop trying to be someone else and start showing others who you are…

I used to live in a smaller Canadian town; official population about 5k, greater metro area around 40k. While there is a closed reservation at one end of town, the interesting thing is that the tribal Council owns quite a bit of land around town and uses the rent to support the tribe as a whole. Around 20 years ago they also ran a restaurant that served traditional West Coast food. It's not there any more, but they still do a lot of outreach in the community, letting people see their traditions and encouraging younger people to be more involved in the tribe. It's not a perfect system, but it works a lot better than many other places.

Thank you SO MUCH for presenting Supaman to your audience! He is such a talented young man who beautifully dances ancient stories and raps wisdom we need to hear Today. I salute you for bringing Supaman to our awareness. I am hoping through Native artists like him, the larger world will begin to address the horrible inequalities that the indigenous peoples have endured for centuries. The Native peoples are still with us, they are Alive, and it is time to see them as Human Beings who have talents and skills and Hope. I just found a song that Supaman recorded 2 years ago. It has received 933,000 views! Wouldn't it be wonderful to help him reach 1 million? I believe you have opened a huge door and we can walk through it with our hands outstretched.. I hope you will react to kzbin.info/www/bejne/iKbSqqGPmLqArNk .It is called Know better, Do better. Thank you.

BP, when you said that Supaman was just dropping so much truth about why are good fathers at an all time low and how that impacted you.... that's how I feel about your recent song "I'm a FATHER Now". I have so much respect for your original content, your own music, bars and spits. I don't know much about Rap, but I do know GREAT music when I hear it! People need to be reacting to your content. Peace bro!

LOVE Supaman so hyped you chose him. As others said I'm seconding Snotty Nose Rez Kids-- Can't Remember My Name is a deep one, Aliens Vs Indians is more adventurous. Halluci Nation is also absolute bomb, pioneers in rez sampling/looping "electric pow wow" style as they put it-- R.E.D. is a big one and The Virus, always have a soft spot for Burn Your Village To The Ground too.

This is so beautiful and perfect! As a mother of a 10 yr old, this goes with a message I try to send her into the world with. Skin Color is the same as eye, and hair color. Culture is real. Pigment only has to do with the climate your family hailed from (colder climate = lighter pigment, warmer climate = darker pigment). Pigment is our largest organ's (our skin) protection. We are all made in God's image..so God is Everything!

As an Indigenous Native American from N. California, I’ve definitely 💯 heard him before. He’s has an AMAZING message to share. I grew up in the mid 😂😂 70’s so I’ve experienced a lot and I “did not care” for RAP at all. We’ll my young brother in-law use to RAP all night long in the nearly 80’s and it was annoying! Now I appreciate some artists such as NF. My younger cousin made me listen to EMINEM for hours when we traveled for a work meeting…I realized he had some good songs 😂. Great 👍🏽 Choice.

I had known of Supaman for quite a few years, but to see you react to his work has reignited my excitement! Can you react to "Somewhere" soon? I lived in Fairbanks, AK and native drummers practiced on UAF campus. Took my baby of that decade with me to listen. Caught a Native Show once. My baby had grown to Toddler then. On stage they danced and told folklore, off my toddler darted to "dance" in the isle. Next thing I knew a native elder in the audience scooped her up and got her closer to the stage, where they danced together. I always loved the Native Culture. You can feel their love.

Bros! Speaking of Native American fusion, you can check out "The Halluci Nation" (a.k.a. A Tribe Called RED). They did a mix with rapper, Yasiin Bey ( Mos Def) a while back. "R.E.D." kzbin.info/www/bejne/hIm5qoSferWkmKs Really good. Most of their stuff is electronic fusion - hip hop, reggae, moombahton with traditional native american - if you wanna check out delicious beats.

It's "Regalia" not outfits. Supaman and Acosia are championship pow wow dancers. Their regalia is worth 1000's of dollars and it looks beautiful because people hand design the regalia to what the dancer wants. The bead work cuffs, alone, that Supaman wears would take hours and hours to make and you can't put that on a machine to make, it's made by hand. These two dance on the National Pow Wow circuit in the best of the best of intertribal competitions and they win A LOT. The bags are thousands of dollars at the level they dance at. Highly competitive but there's always love, joy, and fun at every pow wow. Supaman is a fancy dancer. Acosia is a Jingle Dress dancer.
