Pelican AirPod Pro Case-don’t buy it

I purchased this product about a month ago. I just watched your review and they did fix the bottom plug, much better than the original product. The inside is still very much the same except they put a piece of rubber in for the lid and whenever you peel the skin off the sticky part the top piece of the AirPod case sticks to the top and lifts the bottom up whenever opening. Not a bad design after upgrading from the original one. Thank you for the review.

I have the same case and think you have a defective case. The hard case overall protects your AirPods Pro, for me the major drawback was having to pair my AirPods with a new device. The adhesive strip prevents you from quickly or easily removing the AirPods case once it has been secured by the adhesive. A button on the case would eliminate the problem. The Pelican design for the adhesive strip has the AirPod case pull up to make it easy to remove your earbuds so you won’t have to remove them awkwardly as in your video. Great review.

Thanks. I appreciate the perspective and added info. Sounds like there’s still good reason to look elsewhere for a hard case based on what you shared above.
