FarmBots are the future. Farmers don't have to own the bots..they simply contract the "service" at harvest. The FarmBot service provider completes the harvest and boxing resulting in a product ready for market. All this coming to a farm community near you on a world wide basis. Faster/cleaner/cheaper..more profits.

I'm surprised that the French would devise a mechanical grape harvester. Usually they're so obsessive about preserving the quality of their vines, their grapes, their wines, etc. Vineyards boast that their grapes pressed with presses that are a hundred years old or more. Then to see this high-tech gizmo marching across the fields ... On the other hand, it's faster and easier than hiring everyone in the village to gather the harvest.

What did we all think? Of course....if the USA puts its technological abilities that creates the space-station, Humvees, and M1-A1 Abrams tanks to creating a peaceful harvesting machine...we would see this complicated intricate machine on the hundred acre vineyards across the nation. What do you all think? I'd say that the protestant christian work ethic and the spirit of capitalism over the generations has produced neat well organized vineyards that enhance the beauty of the landscape while at the same time providing their beloved americans with table and bottle worthy grapes second to none in the world...and the machines that can speed up the process of harvesting and increase efficiency. We get the sense that good minds with good dedication and a good common cause has made this dream a reality for all to see.....We better not take the blessings of liberty for granted being mindful that the terms and conditions of a good harvest and strong upright nation is nothing other than and less than a good strong faithful liberty conscious enterprising hardworking people!

In the engineering and manufacturing excellence in R&Ding and bringing this product to market, then yeah not merely can you "smell whiteness", but you can see it staring you right in the face...
@jamesmcdonnell56178 жыл бұрын
Implying 'Nada', Formaldehyde, full stop. What I am telling you, however, is that harvesting machine from Pellenc was conceived of, R&D'ed, engineered and manufactured in France and NOT in Mexico. South of the Border, or elsewhere in the Tropics for that matter, it would never have even been conceived of re "original thought", in order to bring such a 'machina perfecta' to a commercial market - you do the math! In fact, the ENTIRE Mexican beer market and industry was grown from the ground up by Germans. The ENTIRE Brazilian manufacturing base (e.g. AEG, Man, VW, etc.) - the same! So when you are having a Modelo & pondering what I just said, look toward Europe, the USA, Japan, South Korea - the North, for a clue: When the first world can't secure its factor(s) of production, it just uses its inherent intellectual capital bent / tradition / culture in 'science & technology', in order to, build its way out of a problem in its 'supply chain'! Get it now?

Robotics, Daniel, robotics... brought to you and I progeny of the European founding fathers by the able minds at the University of Pittsburgh and the Carnegie Mellon University's engineering programmes! BUT, three things first: 1) Trump Wins, and the wall gets built; 2) Failing that, then Referendums for secession starting in Texas, North Carolina, Missouri and the agricultural Heartland go well politically with critical mass building thereupon and we then Re-carve out and Re-from a New Caledonia in our image here on this North American continent, and; 3) Failing that, then when the Shots ring out, we win the War of Attrition against the Libs / Progressives, with our superior firepower and ability to use it. This is the trajectory things are going, so you better get down to the range and start practicing - forget the orchards and acreage, for now!
@danielgray39128 жыл бұрын
Major problem with your statement. I am a member of the Wolf Clan of the Cherokee Nation. Secondly the US Constitution says states can call for secession, but they cannot leave without the permission of the other states. And finally I was a sharpshooter in the Military (101st Airborne 22nd Combat/160th SOAR 1 Silver Star and 2 Purple Hearts) and I can take off the top of a 2 ltr bottle and not move the bottle and that is at 80 yards open sight., meaning I can take out a person at 3 to 5 blocks away and not break a sweat in doing it. And I was not the best shot, the best shot put a smiley face on a human target at 300 meters (900 feet) and then put a bullet between the eyes. And that was open sight. So your point is what exactly??
@jamesmcdonnell56178 жыл бұрын
If the United Kingdom has held a referendum where they - as a 'Country' - will invoke Article 50 of the Treaty of Brussels and leave the European Union, then a State or series of States, in this Union WILL leave the United States whether its in the Constitution of not, you can be assured of that! If the current POS in The White House has treasonously acted on any number of illegal Executive Orders including the subversion of justice by "pressuring" the FBI not to prosecute the Killery and in inserting his Own as the DOJ's AG, then The Constitution is not going to stop a Determined and Dedicated group of Green Mountain Boys et al, to leave this failed Union. In Texas vs White (1869) Supreme Court Justice Salmon P. Chase did argue that secession would only be possible through acquiescence by the States or through Revolution. Obviously, the latter is on the cards by the time that The Christian Conservatives would be on the march. As for your 'talent' with a rifle or not, then your decision to either decide to reside with the Libs / Progressives in some contiguous cum amalgamated land mass after the Referendum from the aforementioned States is ratified at the State level by those wishing to Seceded but refused, or to seek comfort with or by the Left-leaners / Blue States which you are certainly entitled should your Cherokee reservation somehow fall under the legerdemain of the New Caledonia union - as you say by the agreement or the lack thereof no doubt of 'the States' - then your skills as a Cherokee sharpshooter with be tested no doubt. Question is, however, how will you cope with us Conservatives - again, I get the feeling that you are leaning toward the left side of the political spectrum here... with a Tomahawk missile bearing down upon you by and from a Conservative battery when and where all we want is an America that is more Alt-right toward Centrist and comprised of a homogeneity which is sans the after-birth of the failed Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1965 and propagated since by RINO's and Democraps alike? This is who our discontinuity is with and all about: these treacherous, treasonous politicos who will simply NOT do as the Republican electorate has mandated them to do in Congress! My Point is This: At the time of "when" not "if", that Conservative Christian Constructionists band together and decide that Enough is Enough and after the aforementioned Referendum(s) are only a matter of time in being put to the Vote on the floors of Red State houses across this so called Manifest Destiny which went bad - the current Constitution or not - then neither your sharpshooting skills nor Al Sharpton, are going to get in our way. So to say, the progeny of Custer learned a few things since Little Big Horn and the next time we won't be bringing a knife to a gun fight with the Lib Dems cuz at that time, unlike this 2016 bent, fraudulent election, it Really will be a Fight for Our Conservative Lives. We Know what is at stake here and now, and down the Road, there will be No Tomorrow or Breakfast in America... May I remind you, that this string began with my lauding the engineers in France, in particular, who spearheaded the Pellenc machine because they could be guaranteed a good day in the vineyard, in terms of picking grapes, versus the vagaries of paid labour. The Brasero program with Mexico, up until 1965, worked just fine. Then Teddy Fucking Kennedy stuck his nose in, in order to engineer himself a 'Legacy' with Sen. Philip Hart (D- Michigan) and Emmanuel Celler (D - New York) because no matter what he did in life, he was Always going to be drowned out by his brothers Joe and Jack, in particular, and no doubt Bobby, had this other carpet-bagger Senator from New York had lived beyond 1968. Its been All downhill since! Mr. Gray - this country is at an inflection point. If Trump does not get in, the Right is going to put in motion its own process of engineering itself a contiguous land-mass on this Continent with Perpetual, self-determination enshrined in a "New Constitution" where progressives and liberals, will be PERMANENTLY outlawed and fundamentally disadvantaged where they will NEVER secure power and in an Anglo-Saxon / European 'America 2'. This New Caledonia, as I call it, will rise from the ashes of this failed Union. This is going to Definitely happen, by hook or crook - the U.S. Constitution of not - its Only a matter of time! When the very premise was posed to Dr. Stephen Steinlight of the Center For Immigration Studies in a public forum as a question cum posit from the floor to he on the dais by your's truly at a recent conference and I put a time frame of a generation (nee 20 years) down for the purposes of discussion, his reply was: "Why so long? Our analysis and projections put Secession and Revolution down as at a decade or less." Food for thought when even the inside the Beltway elite in Washington, D.C. already have secession and armed conflict factored into the final equation. It was Openly presented to Gov. Mike Pence (R) two days ago in Iowa, so the writing is already on the wall... The Only thing of any value I can draw from the language below the border which will be Outlawed in New Caledonia , is to say : 'Go With God'! I wish you Peace but be mindful of the choice on which side of the political spectrum you want to reside within, in the decades hence, as change is coming and the Right to self-determining our own Conservative future is being decided upon in this 2016 Presidential election. The Conservative Right have the Ways, the Means and the down-range Accuracy to back up our Imperatives and non-negotiables and to make it count, where and when.
