7:47 yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️ blocks are very helpful for assisting in poses. Example, if you can’t touch the floor in a pose, use a block(s). You can sit on them, use them for balance, etc 😊

14:11 I was doing same about the bike mat. However, I did buy Peloton’s mat in the end. The mat is not all that robust though 😐 Someone mentioned in their YT vid that their partner damaged the mat by twisting the cleats on them when coming off the bike. AND my cat damaged the end of my mat when he was playing by catching his sharp nails on the rubber 🤬
