Please folks don’t make my mistake. I got the Nordictrack 2020. I did love the scenic rides but I was so inconsistent with riding it and it just was so bulky. There was a part of me that wanted the Peloton. Fast forward to last month and I had the bike moved to the garage and renting the Peloton Bike+. I absolutely love the instructors. I also am enjoying their yoga and strength classes. It’s really is a very expensive mistake on my part. So definitely watch this video.

I ended up getting the Nordictrack s22i because it was comparable in size of the screen from peloton. It has both immersive outdoor classes as well as in studio classes, incline/decline, pricing was phenomenal (I’m a military vet, so I got it from my local PX with no taxes + free shipping), and I already have the iFit membership because I have the 2450 treadmill. Overall, I couldn’t be more happier with my purchase. I think it will be a great addition to my already growing personal home gym.

I absolutely was 100% in on iFit and wanted to go Nordictrack, until I read all the scathing reviews about their poor customer service and how often their equipment breaks. What really killed it for me, was the warranties. Despite buying extended warranties on NordicTrack equipment, unless you read the fine print like I did, you have to pay for replacement parts via some weird "fee" (part is free but they still charge you??), if a technician is needed, guess what, you have to pay for that too. If they can't fix it and it needs repairing at their center? FREIGHT CHARGES!? Peloton doesn't charge anything for any parts, doesn't charge for techs, and if they can't fix it, they just give you another piece of equipment. I'm so sad and it seems the nordictrack bikes break down quite a bit. I dunno. I really wanna do the scenic rides, but if it's a potential nightmare to deal with if something breaks, I don't want it to discourage me from using it (if i become jaded).

I totally agree with you. I have been researching both exercise bikes like the Peloton, and Nordictrack as well as treadmills and both companies seem to suck at customer service, and both have customers with horror stories with lemons that become expensive non-returnable paper weights. Both companies are overpriced and have poor quality control and share in about 15% negative reviews due to malfunctions. Peloton seems to have issues with pedals breaking while Nordictrack has issues with the screen. I really, really want and need the Nordictrack s22i because of everything it offers and the price of the bike and subscription are reasonable enough, but I need an iron clad guarantee that I will get a fully functioning exercise bike without any defects issues or breakdowns for at least 3 full years If they expect to charge me $2000 for the bike plus a yearly membership.

It’s been an awful experience so far, I have a half million dollar lawsuit on going with these people. It has been on my radar to make a video about it all, would probably be juicy content. Eric V Moore and Kristin Schlesinger are the worst people I have ever dealt with in my life. Any one reading this drop a comment if you want to see more on what’s really going on with my investment homes, right now I’m missing $280,000.

I've really been going back and forth on these four products (Carol 2.0, Peloton +, NordicTrack S27i, & Wahoo Kickr) and still pondering...

I did a in-store review with it, it’s on my channel. Super expensive for what it is especially compared to the competition. Seems like it might make sense for somebody with a really big budget who is already on a peloton membership and you don’t want to add another membership.
