omg do not wash your hair every day lol. i’ve been a hairstylist for a decade. I think aveda products are different so maybe that’s why he said that (& you use more product which means you need to buy their shampoo more 🥴) if you don’t color your hair at all it might be fine but no, if you can go 3-5 days in between and your scalp feels fine, keep doin’ you.
