The unknown wreck lays on Cefn Sidan beach near the first outcrop of stones .
The large shipwreck is one of many wreck's along this coastline that has run a ground in the shallow waters..
The area was also known for the wrecking of ships by the locals that lived in the area known locally as Gwyr-y-Bwelli Bach ''translated as People with Little Hatchets
