I want to know if the Android system is fast and responsive or if it feels slow and laggy. I've seen reviewers show off these fancy BMW screens, but when they swipe, it often takes 2 to 3 seconds for the screen to respond. They say it’s fast and impressive, but I don’t think waiting that long is cool at all.

You're very careful, android will start up slowly, about 40 seconds or so. When it's done, it's very responsive, and Linux's processor runs at a lower frequency, so it's limited in speed.
