Silly me didn't even bother to look through the whole package and I wasted 2 dark sheets trying to do it the same way as the light sheets all because I didn't see the instructions... or the protective sheet... I've not had that to happen. I don't wash until after 24 hours and I wash inside out and air dry

It doesn't stretch if that's what you mean. There is a sports vinyl that is made for stretching that you can try.

Is I'm making a picture design for my daughter for her graduation gift and my question is because my inkjet printer comes with only black color ink and color so the color I can't help the fact that it has like a trio color to it it's not just a solid color so what my question is how do I tell what looks right on dark and light shirts should I go with the black ink or the color ink thank you have a great day and God bless..

Yes any excess would be white. Or you can make the background the same color as the tshirt

Fabric Transfers are normally hand cut and not cut using the silhouette or crickets

You ate very welcome! Not if you have sublimation ink in it. You need to print using inkjet for Fabric Transfer

I do not do the infusible as its for those with the cricut joy and I have the cricut maker. You can ask in my Facebook group Candoris ' Cricut and Creative Crafters someone there may be able to help you.

There is a pen and gear for light colors and there is one for dark colors, so you have to use the one applicable for it to show

@@cristinavasquez2767 The only time I have had a lag in printing is when I was using laser paper and not inkjet. But if you are using Pen & Gear Fabric transfer and your printer is for inkjet there should be no issue. I use Plain copy paper for the setting and Best for the quality.

I've never waited for either. They are probably referring to before pressing onto the shirt. Just to ensure the ink is dry but I've never had an issue

I bought this transfer paper It started to crack and peel off after the 1st wash In some cases the color faded Even when you wash it on cold water it still fades And yes I watched it on code water water and inside out . First off, great video and thank you for posting, Doris. I am also concerned with the my image fading or cracking after a few washes. I just got my transfer paper and haven’t printed anything, yet. I also have a heat press. Is there any thing I can do during the application or any step that will help the image last? I’ve seen a couple people lint roll the area and spray something on the shirt just before applying the transfer paper and pressing,

@@chemasai3 As long as your pressure and heat are right you should be good with the Heat Press for the transfer. I think most people have issues when they're not using a heat press.

When you are doing fabric transfers you have to have white to offset the image if it is dark, otherwise it will not show

Make sure offset is nor select. Sometimes you will end up with a trace of a white but you can cut that off b4 pressing.

The sublimation ink prints dull looking and doesn't become vibrant until you apply heat. I've never tried it and im.not sure how it would hold up in the wash. I say that because sub works best on polyester and not cotton. If you try it let me know it turns out.

There is no such thing when doing fabric transfers. They normally look matte.

Same is happening to me no transfer at all. Also my dark print papers have nothing to peel it’s just simple white paper like the paper for light colors. They all look like normal white printing paper and nothing transferring.
