I know I’m coming back to this late but as a Black male gamer it legitimately pisses me off that she thinks that we need to be protected by removing voice chat, like we aren’t aware of how we’re treated by certain groups of people in our daily lives. I live in North Carolina it’s fairly mild in my experience when it comes to racially bigoted behavior but it still happens, and we know how to deal with it. Most of our parents raised us teaching us how to deal with racists or toxic people in general. It makes me think she has this “white savior” complex and she thinks she needs to “save the minorities” when in reality most of us hit the mute button and never think about that person again.

Sadly however we live in a nation that is entirely and stupidly under the impression that getting higher in those tiers means being immune to the standards that normal people face. The biggest joke is the list of her qualifications. Stuff like "First streamer to use trans flag emote" and stuff. You know why people normally recognise "firsts?" Because they're hard. One being with that of twitch staff, and the more controversial side debate of that of truth vs ideals being this "transgender". Now seeing as we all know that twitch is being ran by garbage lets go on to the *trans topic.* Now in my humble opinion i think this transgender stuff and everything under it's umbrella is complete bogus made by snowflakes who haven't read a human biology book. And if they don't conform to it their transphobic and automatically they're bigot scum on the face of the earth. 1.To put it simply *how you dress, act, voice, behave, and look doesn't translate to your actual gender.* Anyone can dress like you, and act like you. Attatching a special role to yourself doesn't make you anymore special from the common man and woman. When put into question it always leads to the person asking said questions being transphobic because god forbid try getting a logical conclusion. 2. S#x and gender is the same thing essentially. The gender is identified by the s#x chromosomes and the s#x chromosomes are male (XX) and female (XY), the s#x aka the gender of a person is of these 2 s#x chromosomes. You can't rip out the gender part and say it's now interchangeable just because u want it to be. It's not a social construct it's a hard fact. 3. Pronouns! Or to say *they/them*, I'll be honest i won't even bother calling people by their preferred pronoun no matter who they are. It messes up the basic dictionary terms for said words that have been that way for years. *They want to be validated and yet throws the he/she pronouns away just to be stand out and be different when they are honestly not any different from any other man or woman.* Honestly it feels as though we can't mesh together because of the simple thing of truth vs ideals. Other than that i have no hate for them nor do i dislike anyone who identify as trans for the people aren't really harming anyone. I just don't believe trans shouldn't be recognized as a gender for they are just another regular person who just wants to be someone else.
