When I boxed, they'd always come in the gym, get pieced up in sparring and be the first to quit/never come back because their egos can't take it Also...I once saw a guy who was about 5ft 3, overweight, 50, recovering from a stroke, absolutely fold the heavy bag! He was a former flyweight contender, didn't move well until he sparred or boxed. You never know who you're fucking with, approach situations with humility, disengage, only fight if you absolutely have too There are no winners in a street fight. Also, in America you're probably just going to get shot, in the UK stabbed, or even if you win there's no honour here, its 12 dudes piling on you when you're walking home on your own a week later

fights like this are extremely dangerous for anyone, even trained professionals. just watching that video when that guy was falling i thought, "what if he hit his head on the concrete?" street fights are just unpredictable and dangerous like that. which is why i always urge my friends, and now the people who see this, to please avoid them. literally anything can happen and you can almost never assume the outcome.
