She simply being extremely, incredibly rude, disrespectful, antagonist, and obnoxious, but her action isn’t illegal. Edit: I just now got to the end of the video - her grabbing that lady’s hair and braiding it could be argued as being illegal - the lady never gave permission for that (as far as what was shown here in _THIS_ video), so even though it didn’t hurt her or anything, it was most likely unwanted touch (but the lady should have pulled away / voiced that the touch wasn’t wanted, so that’s where it gets hard to discern). She _DID_ ask if she could touch the lady’s bum, and respected her answer of “NO.”

This. As someone with a lot of trauma and having been physically/sexually abused before, it took me months to not flinch when someone gestured with their hands while talking, and even longer to get used to people walking past me close by, especailly in the work place. I will still always choose to walk the long ways around than to try and squeeze through a space next to somebody, because any modicum of accidental touch makes me tense up and panic so hard. Someone grabbing my hair like that would freak me out.
