This walking tour visits the very popular waterfalls in Penllergare Valley Woods. The land and gardens were landscaped by the Dillwyn Llewelyn family. They were keen photographers and botanists. This is the first time I have visited the observatory and discovered that they took one of the earliest photographs of the moon. I hope you enjoy the tour and if you want to visit it's free. There is a car park charge starting from £2.50 - £4. It's just off the motorway near Penllergaer

Thanks, Dave. I really enjoyed filming this one and discovering the history of the place and seeing some of the photos they took, I had never been to the observatory before in all the years we have lived around the area. I think it's lovely to find interesting, calming places close to you.

It is nice and cool under the trees on hot sunny days. We are the same always looking for somewhere different to take the kids, we went to pontarddulais garden centre afterwards, I have filmed this and hopefully I will edit it soon. They had a lovely pond, and you can feed the ducks really good value for a big bag of food. They also had ducklings this time of year. They really enjoyed it.

Thanks, Col. I did enjoy this one. It did take longer to put together. I love the filming side. I just wish it didn't take so long to edit, especially now the sun is out. I have a few more places to cover over the summer ☀️
