@@fishnlifts8575 i replaced the rotor but I still can’t get my bail to click and stay open for casting. There was a lose piece of plastic when I took the arm off, perhaps it’s the bail arm? How can I be certain?

@@cigarinstructionwithdonant1277 you have to check the springs on the side of the bail its a little tricky but once you seat them right that bail should work.

Really a very educational video. Thank you. I was searching as to how to replace my Penn Fierce 4000 anti reverse bearing. But I just cannot get the pinion gear out with the bearing to replace a new one. Could you tell me how to get the pinion gear out along with the anti reverse bearing after removing the 3 hole retaining bearing holder? . May be there is lots of grit that does not allow me to remove it out freely. Your effort will be highly appreciated. Regards fro Antonio, Goa the state of India.

You can literally slide that entire assembly out after you take off those three screws and the plate that covers it. Underneath is a “stack” that includes a bearing in a sleeve, an anti reverse collar on a pinion sleeve, a spacer washer and another bearing all on the pinion gear. Let me know if you need more detail.
