I believe it's a combination of strength and friction, pluss she's wearing thights. The ducktape was never stuck directly on her legs, but by wrigling about and ripping them it was easier to escape. Notice that her stockings are ripped just like her shirt.

@@alice9986 Yes, I think so too. Notice her muscular thighs. Her moves are indeed Brutal, to the point that her shirt and stockings are ripped (as before noticed; plus she isn't wearing any "customized" clothes with velcro, that are often worn by "quick-change" performers). I believe that's also the reason why she's wearing a skirt instead of trousers. It's easier to rip the delicate fabric of the stocking to escape.
