I had the same experience. Something was malfunctioning where the charging cable plugs in and also I started to notice a splitting at the seams. I contacted them and told them about my problem. And I have to tell you the week or so I was without my ZiiP. I was not a happy camper. I really noticed the difference on my lips, especially. I finally purchased the crystal gel on the recent sale and I mix it with the original gel and I'm so impressed.

I'm still watching the video, but I just want to comment on how amazing you both look! You are both influencers/inventors that I trust implicitly. In addition to having incredible bone structure both of you. One of the things that I have realized in the past few years is that getting rid of inflammation and excess puffiness is a real key to a youthful, sculpted face. I spent my late 50s trying to address wrinkles and texture, but once you tackle that it's really also about addressing fluid retention and muscle tone.

I forgot to add that My only concern is that the gels went up by $25-$30. It is a huge jump and it is totally unnecessary. I can see a $5-$7 increase but this was enormous. I'm using Le Mieux calming gel--6oz for $23. I really hope the gels decrease in price at some point

So interesting and fun to have her on your show! She only briefly mentioned ultrasound gel “skipping over the skin” with microcurrenr. That’s what I use ! Yikes! So am I not getting any microcurrent? I know I feel it and I definitely get a little lift. But I has. A Nuface, not a ziip. I do plan to buy a zip next but the cost of the gel had me reluctant. Very curious to understand more about the gel and why I should use ultrasound gel.

The ZiiP conductivity gels is how I first got hooked on zip , and in fact I bought the gel before I bought my Halo! I use it with my tripolar stop and my medicube booster pro, as well as with the Halo. Penny you make such a good point about the lack of need to reapply. The NuFACE gel constantly needs to be refreshed, whereas I can put on my ZiiP crystal gel which I blend with the standard gel, and that will do my whole face with multiple routines.

I promise that the enormity does diminish and become micro griefs that you can bear. Touch your face and and you will begin the baby steps to some self care. It took me 3 years to use up a bottle of body wash (full disclosure) and now I do my face morning and night without fail. I'll be starting my ZIIP journey when it arrives this week - do it with me? Of course you are depressed, and give yourself permission to mourn as your psyche tells you to. But also, I'm so glad you are out here, seeking community in skincare (loads of great people here). I LOVE my ZiiP. I had an issue with my initial one and had to exchange it, and they were VERY good about doing so, but also I missed it dearly in the meantime. I also have a NuFace, which I still use occasionally, and the Medicube Booster Pro (their microcurrent is definitely not their strength). I think the ZiiP is the most effective microcurrent I've tried, but like all microcurrent, you have to keep it up. Pull that Halo out and give yourself the self-care you surely deserve. And also, hug yourself for me.

Please answer this! How do we consistently use micro current for those of us who want to keep using wrinkle relaxers? I agree totally about the gels, and like somebody else who commented here, I too use my gels with my TriPollar and Myolift ( when I use it, though I'm using the Ziip more these days) However! I am now on my FOURTH Ziip - Currentbody have been great at replacing them, but I really do wonder what is going on here - the metal on the top of it just keeps starting to peel and turning a graphite colour. It is a shame that such a great piece of kit seems to only last 7 months or so before needing replacing. But I still replace it, as opposed to a refund!

Yes, they say there was a bad batch., when anyoneasks about it. It has never been acknowledged in public. But, I am on my 3rd device. The first device may 23-before 11/23-when supposedly the bad batch was an issue. The probe fell off. Then my replacement in July 24 arrived, it would not charge. Bad quality control/manufacturing. When it works, it is great. But very cheaply made. I left a 1 star review twice, it was never posted on their website. They are still marketing it like no problems. I do not understand.

Get a refund. Many faulty devices. The bad batch was supposed to be 11/2023. If you just bought it, highly suggest a refund instead of a replacement. As many as 3-4 replacements for people, yet they have never did a recall. My last one in July 2024 was defective.

Here’s what I do I use the gold or silver gel first to get my base and get it soaked in then I use the cheaper electric gel. I feel like the expensive gels will last me way longer and I’m still getting great results

I’d do founders favourite on repeat while watching Melanie talking about anything 😂 Also went away last week and took the new little bottle of conductive gel that comes with Helo - I haven’t tried it before (as I am being a snob when it comes to gels 😂) and OMG 😨 I regretted taking it because I could see the difference between using any other ziip gel and the helo gel is enormous! Now I follow the mixing tip and mix 4 pumps of basic gel with 3 pumps of silver gel and 3 pumps of either crystal or golden gel. And ziip my hart out 😆 Love your videos, Pam! I’d love to answer this but cardiac patient is pretty vague and I’m not a cardiologist 😬 I think you should ask your cardiologist if microcurrent (in general) is ok for you to use with your specific cardiac parameters 💙💙 I wish I could answer! I have the original Ziip and have been using it consistently for 4 -5 times a week for several years. I liked it so much, I bought the Halo for my daughter who does not live with me. In looking at this video, I wonder if I need to buy the Halo. I don’t know what the lift feature is. I use Founders Favorite, Plump and Forehead regularly. They are all Freeform. Is this equivalent to the Lift program? I always look at Melanie’s videos but don’t see some of the techniques she demonstrated. I typically wash mine off but sometimes I only rinse it and especially if I only do the lip treatment I will pat it off with a washcloth- the residue is so hydrating and really improves the look of the mouth area. I think it needs to be removed to some extent typically though. I think some people may leave it on if they’re going to bed but I personally don’t 💙

So my question is, after I wake up in the morning before I brush my teeth, can the ziip and the conductivity gel be used before washing my face and then say wash my face after in the shower like normal without having to do an extra wash in between? If that makes sense?
