I have had to subpoena information before and the court sent a deputy to ensure they received it. Without proof either way, it doesn’t sound right. Not disclosing the case because it was an active investigation but requiring a subpoena doesn’t work either, the other party should have enough information to be able to squash the subpoena. The final question also comes down to the Boards jurisdiction over a non licensed individual. Finally 30 days is a bit extreme. They got the maximum without representation. The state argues they had time to respond but there appears to be no record of receiving the subpoenas. 🤔

Read the article. The news story itself says they weren't jailed in relation to the cases you mentioned. They were jailed for contempt of court in civil cases, which the story also mentions doesn't have bail. Apparently, if you ignore writs to appear before the court and judgements, the courts jails you to teach a lesson.

Pennsylvania is a key state in which voters are increasingly concerned and should become more engaged to keep common sense and logic at the forefront of any debates. Not taking either side on this matter but seems like increasing judicial engagements and trying to suppress public information is at play here. The Commonwealth Court judge is Democrat and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania seems to have recently become represented by more democrats than republicans. I don’t know the history of political posturing in PA but redistricting seems to be a topic of discussion and controversy. My hope is that these gentlemen are able to be released from prison until they are proven guilty, isn’t that the idea of due process. It seems like they may not have been served any subpoenas therefore due process has not been followed. Maybe I am missing something?..

Our clients were denied the ability to see the case against them or NoBull Solutions because the State had the docket sealed and hidden - a highly unusual move. Farm owner myself...general statement here (on purpose) veterinarians are getting very...legalistic...strict...about practices. I suspect that those educating and advising veterinarians have communicated how much more money can be made by essentially forcing everyone to use veterinarians for practically everything. Remember, lots of vet's offices have gone corporate, or will be forced to go corporate. They use excuses like too many people misusing medications to brainwash / gaslight everyone. (As the global cabal continues their threats to our rights and freedoms, which they have already told us they will do...and we keep letting it happen.)

I worked in professional licensing for 23 of my 30 years with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and there are many things wrong with this picture. My job in professional licensing was abolished in 1995 when I refused to do something illegal for one of the board examination programs. I know a lot of the history of the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs, dating back to 1973. I saw a lot of wrongdoing. You're correct that none of the licensing boards had authority over unlicensed individuals and had to rely on local DA's to prosecute, but none had the manpower. There was a lot of shift in power after I left the Department of State, mainly to give one person more power. It should never have happened, but in the world of politics, it happens often. This turns my stomach.

In the end, I prayed a lot, and I believe God's answer to one of my prayers was to remove me from a very corrupt agency. I finished out my last 7 years with another agency and saw more things gone wrong. The root cause was politics and politicians. Laws, rules and regulations, and prior case law are all that attorneys need.
