Great fish! I have a Nokken like that one lying unused in a box somewhere that I may have to dust off. PA has done some good work in recent years to improve the Musky fishery. My brother catches way more Muskies in PA that I do in Wisconsin.

In 1976-77, wildlife stocked zillions of fingerling muskies in the Allegheny and makes me wonder when yin’s catch these big boy’s John Stephens, Freeport, PA.

Why FC over steel? New to muskies...

Lasts long, great strength and not as visible in water as steel. I walleye fish alot and tie on fluorocarbon leaders straight to my bait and get more bites rather than just having bait tied to braid. Less visible to fish. I use same concept for Musky. Any advantage will help when going after Musky as their tough to bite sometimes.
