That's exactly what I was thinking. I have similar issues and I can tell you that it is not. I watched some of the interviews he's given recently, and he actually didn't have much trouble at all. I think he was extremely nervous. The adrenaline must have made his problems worse. I am just so heartbroken for him and hope that he can recover emotionally from this. Since there is no sense of urgency or time constraints in any branch of government to get things done, Fetterman should be a tremendous asset in the Senate, where he can take his time to express his ideas.
