Penny spends some time in Tobago with the youthful THA Chief Secretary Farley Chavez Augustine.
We find out more about his upbringing in rural Tobago and his ascent to Chief Secretary. We also get to test his Blue Food punch-making abilities, and determine whether or not he can dance the Tobago Jig, and catch crab!!!
