I can’t remember what kind of satin fabric I used, but it was a more affordable fabric from Joann’s
Light corset boning for structure on the front of the bodice. I also sewed in some cotton batting to the front area to flatten the chest as well.

I keep seeing pennywise makeup that is perfect but then they keep putting the black lines on the brows. WHY? those lines on pennywise are just indentions, no black should be used there. Look at any 2017 pennywise image. Overall, it's awesome, just don't know why everyone is seeing something that isn't there and thus changing an otherwise perfect pennywise. Sorry for the rant, it's just very bizzare to me. This is not hate by any means. I know you said it's not perfect but in my opinion, that's the main thing that stood out as wrong to me and other people that are doing very accurate pennywise makeup are also adding the lines for no apparent reason. Just erase the lines -.-

I don't know about others, but I just decided I wanted to define them more. I did mention in the video that his are just indentations, so you could just build up the shadow rather than fully line it with black :)
