Aussiegarbo with the joysticks that control the lifter what are the directions of the joystick to operate the lifter? And are there any differences between bucher and spak in terms of feeling and the directions of operating the joystick or are they the pretty much the same? Have you seen my video of the new parramatta fogo service with one of the new dennis spaks for side loaders but for rear loaders there merc spaks? With the new dennis spaks for veolia parra all trucks are dennis spaks with garbage and fogo 24-29m capacity and recycling are 35ms! Some of old merc buchers have gone to South Australia, ones gone to Campbelltown and some are kept as spares here! Now with the fogo trucks im not sure if the hopper is the standard 2.3 hopper volume or the larger 2.5 green waste spec one! To me there very large hoppers makes me think they could 2.5m volumes!

7:25 did they have weekly recycling since 2021? also cool video mitch and i i noticed the fact that they have 240l waste bins. anyways how does the bin system work in penrith by week and fortnight for each bin? and does visy have anymore contracts for australia or do they have no more contracts? anyways the sulo2 bins were pretty good however penrith got rid of them? what are the new bins made of? sulo plastic or mastec? maybe it could be a trident but idk, and when did visy get the penrith contract along with sita? also did the suez contract get bought out by veolia as well? sita bought WSN back in the 2000s and when did penrith start the fogo system and paramatta got the suez now veolia contract in 2018, but why is the mercedes fleet getting sold for new dennis e6 spaks? i think 6 years is too young to reitre and do you still work in fairfield or have you left? because our contracts expire after 8 years here in brisbane. when this contract expires will they get dennis spaks as well? also who will win the campbelltown contract in 2025? will veolia take it back with dennis eagles or JJRE with their volvos. anyways this video is cool its similar to our contract but we have blue trucks painted instead.

FOGO bins are serviced weekly and recycling and garbage are fortnightly on alternating weeks. However, residents can opt in for a weekly garbage service if they want but it costs more of course. Residents can choose to have a 140L garbage bin or a 240L, same with FOGO. and then for recycling they can upgrade to 360Ls. During the Christmas period all bins are serviced weekly which may be the reason for all 3 bins being present but I don’t think this was filmed in that period. Possibly the residents had the opt in weekly waste.

Like QldGarbo said, it's literally one recycle bin that was out, Penrith has had the summer weekly service for years. BundabergGarbo explained well how the bin system works there. Visy has no more council collection contracts. Can't think what the new Penrith bins are made of, off the top of my head maybe they are Trident. SITA and Visy started doing Penrith in late 2007. Yes Veolia took over the Penrith contract as part of the SUEZ buyout. SITA took over WSN in early 2011. FOGO started in Penrith in 2009. New council contract means new trucks, that's generally how it works, so that's why the Parra Mercs are going, they're 7 years old now. I left Fairfield almost 2 years ago, which I've mentioned in my uploads since then. I don't know what new trucks will be bought for Brisbane, I don't know which company will win Campbelltown and I don't know what trucks will work there in future. I hope this answers your many random questions!

Sad that the E5's are getting classed as old-ish trucks now😢
