Super informative, loved this guest. Especially the part where he mentions that 1. Nuace and 2. Changing your mind are the two best heuristics to determine trust.

Not really... it's not that clear of speaking, but it's not really an "accent."

I don't know, I feel like he's missing the forest for the trees sometimes. You don't need nuance on something that isn't nuanced, or at least not overly nuanced. Nutrition is dead easy, no animal other than humans need help figuring it out. If your species have been eating something for millions of years, then that's what you're supposed to be eating because your biological machinery was created and changed in order to better adapt to your living conditions. Agriculture is a human creation of about 10.000 years ago, which is a whimper if compared to our history as humans from millions of years ago as hunter gatherers. So what's the main takeaway with nutrition? Meat. Meat is the most important food for humans, it's what has sustained our species for millions of years, eat mostly meat and for the rest, eat what you find that doesn't make you feel bad or overly inflammed. That's it, that's about as nuanced as you need to get with nutrition, the rest is just personal experimentation. Also when he talks about vaxx vs covid, he misses early treatment which can't be used for vaxx injuries, but can make the impact of the disease much lower if only you start treating it early and take care of your body and immune system.

Except that your meat now comes with added hormones from factory farmed stressed animals injected with antibiotics and growth hormones and then packaged inside plastics leaking into it. The "eat what your ancestors ate" is a good heuristic but in practice it's almost impossible, the best you can is to find a modern derivative of that.
