Sephora Alexandre I don't say that. I Admire Kevin and his job, he's really amazing, but I think that sometimes Pentatonix abuses of beatvox. His job is great in "Somebody I used to know" or songs in that way, but it seems excesive to me in this song (studio version) or "The little Drummerboy".

SupernaturalMusicVideos It was mainly just Kevin's mic that needed to be turned up. Bass notes are always quiet because it requires the airway to be super wide, so air escapes fast, and it makes it quiet. I feel like if they turned up Avi's mic, he would completely over power the rest of the group

It's always amazing to watch Avi's range in this song. It's not obvious in the official video but in their live performances. He goes up and down like it's nothing. I love his deep voice but seriously...his upper register is outstanding too. His ability to control his voice is crazy good.

I always feel like Kirstie's mic is too loud? Don't get me wrong, I'm obsessed with her voice. But it always seems too overpowering compared to the others. I feel it would blend better if they turned it down the tiniest bit :)

+Rainbow Dash acapella is hard that way. it's almost safer sometimes to sing without mics.. you can't really hear the balance and it's different every time because someone else has balanced the sound.

man, u're pobrably not used to any live sound enginnering. it's such a hard work to make it sound with a good leveling of all mics, their confugurations normaly are very PRO and well prepared then normally a thing like this can be. i rarely see them with a bad configaration of level
