Daffietjuh00 yeah he does singers like that learn first of all develop large lung capacity so they can go quite a while without air but of cause he eventually needs to take a breath so they also develop ways of taking really quick breaths and are usually able to get in a fair bit of air in a short time, i used to be able to do all that when i was playing brass instruments

I'm not agreeing or disagreeing, but some people really believe the higher voices in *some* gay men are due to more estrogen in the body (the lady hormone) and cause their voices to be higher. I'm sure that's partly where the whole theory came from. But talking about this, Scott is a baritone (a little in between of tenor and bass) so that stereotype shouldn't be held to heart. :D

Practice! Swam competitively from ages 4-16. I had to better than the older kids. I played 5 different brass instruments from 5th grade-10th grade. I could play for for 2:12 before I needed a breathe. I could swim underwater about 50 meters. Tests showed I had the lung capacity of a 6ft male at 18-23. I’m 5’3”. Could I do that now? He!!’s to the no. Thanks to 2 rounds of COVID, I don’t think I could hold my breath for 20 seconds!

You learn to take breaths quickly & then letting them out slower supporting your breathing using your abdominal muscles. If you are singing in a group though of course you can help each other by staggering the points at which you breathe.
