They did this live on The Sing Off finale in 2013. They had them come back and perform a couple of times after they won. It sounds the same or better. The crowd and the judges went crazy over it.

Any song that has Avi singing is special! PTX returned to the Sing Off the year after they won and did this song which would be the first time the judges ever heard Avi sing. Words that is.

@@SaeedReacts. Light In the Hallway is a beautiful song, written by Scott with the lead part sung by Avi - one of the few leads he did for a whole song. As many have said, it would be good for you to check out the version of this they did when they went back two years later as a guest group on The Sing Off. They had been recording and were beginning to tour, and they were so much more relaxed than they were on the show, not having to worry about getting kicked off! And the judges reaction to getting to hear Avi's solo at the end was priceless. He had never sung a solo in all their Sing Off performances, so this was a surprise ending. After you get done with the sing off performances, you should look up their performance of this on the Sing Off. As someone said below, they came back a few times for little performances and this particular one I absolutely LOVE...I love it that Avi got to shine a bit here as when he was in the Sing Off with PTX he didn't really sing, he had to keep the bass going - also I love it because throughout the Sing Off Mitch was chained basically and in this one he really gets to show them what he's made of!!
