Apparently the problem is above the bottom plate of the camera. If it ere me, I'd just get another body as it'll be more expensive to have someone repair it.

@@PhotoWays I removed the bottom of the camera, I could see some contacts for the electronics circuitry and cleaned it with some IPA. Seems to be working again but not sure it'll last. Thanks for replying 👍
