Penthouse Apartment Tour in Jersey City with NYC Views

This is a tour of my penthouse apartment in Jersey City that has amazing views of NYC! I've lived in Jersey City since 2014 and this apartment since 2018. My favorite things about it are the floor to ceiling windows with the view of New York City. This is a corner penthouse unit and is the largest that you can get in the building. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has higher ceilings than normal. The building has plenty of amenities including a gym, theater room, common spaces to work from home or hangout, a full court basketball court with views of the Statue of Liberty, 2 swimming pools, grills and fire pits. What are your thoughts on Atlas that just came up in JC?

I haven’t previewed that in person yet but from what I’ve seen they look great. It’s located right on the border of downtown Jersey City and Bergen Lafayette. That part of Bergen Lafayette has been growing quickly with many new construction homes being built and great restaurants moving in.
