The view is killer, but the space feels very austere, not homey. Downtown is packed with tourists, and restaurants nearby will be marked up because they’re tourist traps. The building company responsible for this property is also being sued by multiple residents in a neighboring building due to shoddy construction. At this price point, you’re better buying oceanfront property that’s built to withstand a hurricane, in a quieter neighborhood outside the tourist scene. Go east of Diamond Head and live well with more space and privacy.
