Yes, provided you can build everyone really fast to compensate the loss of Decrease Attack Speed provided by Tristan. Alternatively, you can bring all 4 damage nukers to fight Penveid without a healer, and hope they can survive and takedown the boss. I'm currently using this method and has shorten my time to around 1 minute 30 seconds to clear the run 🙂
