15:58, I know that exact sound. It's from an old horror game called slendytubbies, a character called tinky tank would use that sound when spotting the player. The sound tinky tank uses is just a slowed down royalty free scream audio that existed way before the mushroom hunt video I'm pretty sure. Plus, it's a giant forest, the scream sounds more like it's edited into the video rather than the scream being real. If it were real, there would definitely be some type of echo, and animals around would definitely be startled. And like Joe says, the bite in the mushroom is WAY too small for something like "bigfoot". The whole mushroom would be eaten, probably.
