I did a presentation on josef mengle in 7th grade and he escaped to South America but he only lived into the late 70s. He had a lot of medical issues like high blood pressure and other heart issues. What sucks is he lived a relatively good life for a while and was never caught. His family owned lots of factories and companies so they still make like 15 mil a month

Hitler’s entire mindset was mainly set at the start, as a series of mind games to win over the Nazi party considering he never made it to start with. After his service in World War I, he was filled with much of the same energy as a great deal of Germans and Austrians at the time. More importantly, he was struggling to start with in being a poor artist who didn’t have much for himself save for what he did back during the war (Which isn’t saying a lot, considering he was a trench message runner and rated the equivalent of a US Army Corporal iirc). Basically, from the jump he was looking to climb the ladder and would achieve that goal through any means. In climbing the ladder, he continued to go up and up until he was elected Chancellor for Germany. Then the whole Night of the Glass stuff pours over, Brown Shirts (The S.A. iirc, which was the first form of Nazi paramilitary.) and the German Republic is brutally sacked among other things. As he went on into leading the Reich, he was constantly given a cocktail at least daily if I’m recalling correctly, filled with various drugs. These weren’t a standard retinue of daily medication either, this was HARD stuff. Talking meth and other things to that effect, which meth at the time wasn’t considered a hard drug. In fact, a form of meth was carried by German soldiers in their ration kits as a sort of “performance upper” to keep them awake during long shift rotations in either watch, patrol, what have you. Given this information, Hitler’s mindset stems from a rigid sense of mind manipulation to engage a sort of elitism into the majority population that then shifted into him buying into his own shit, via consistent heavy usage of hard drugs and simply seeing his own results pour into themselves. To him, it might have seemed like a sacrifice necessary to commit the Holocaust to maintain his status quo and retain all of this power he’s manifested. In order to do that, he had to believe what he was shilling out in order to properly distribute it towards the populace he’s over. In an easier sense to understand, it’s easier to catch on to a rouse then to catch on to something if someone fully believes it. Hitler was full of shit from the jump, he had to have known it to. There was no correlation at all, towards what would become the Holocaust and his reasoning for it, to cause Germany and the Axis to lose the First World War. Keep this in mind, the whole reason this strategy of mind manipulation worked, was because of World War I and the consistent defamation of Jewish people prior to the first war. To further this, things like the trail of tears, the American conflicts with the Native Americans, helped to fully legitimized his claims in his own mind which he then transferred into his message towards the German populace as a way to show how great these Americans were doing in getting out of the depression and moving forward. Getting back on track more or less, Hitler was a master manipulator that fell for his own lies to dish them out properly to gain the power and recognition needed to take over Germany. In order to do that, he had to deliver on what he said to stem those beliefs and start his third reich that he had dreamed of. The German populace believed Hitler was the guy to get them out of the slump they were in and he had to deliver in his own fucked up way that he had sold off. By all means, what he did was horrible. What he did, should be taught to every student at every school. No sugar coating. In order to fully understand what this world has been through, it should be taught in full. Reality isn’t pretty, it shouldn’t be painted to be pretty. The world is really fucked up at all corners, but only certain corners are showed to share a narrative. Understanding how Hitler got to where he was, how Joseph Stalin got to where he was. People like these need to be understood and studied, so that people properly understand what evil is. Someone will go off and complain about berate people over the smallest thing, when there are people that have suffered far worse than they have and that there are people still suffering worse than they are. By all means, that shouldn’t diminish someone’s first world problems, but it would provide so much needed perspective to a world that has none.
