People Are Still Making AMAZINGLY CREATIVE Levels In Mario Maker!!

Creators are STILL able to blow my mind all these years later!
Now and again, I will go through some of my favorite Mario Maker 2 creators and hand select levels that I have been wanting to play but just didn't have time to get around to it. Today we are playing some of those levels!
The level ID's are in the video, be sure to check them out and play them, they are all fantastic levels made by fantastic creators!

I super respect how Dave manages to maintain a high level of genuinity, even though his personality is upbeat and appealing to mass numbers. He could have pretended to fall for the upside-down troll for the content reaction of "WOAH the room is upside down!?!?" but he didn't. He enhances the genuine emotion of his commentary just enough to be super upbeat and positive, without being fake! I always feel like I'm getting his true thoughts on stuff, including his slightly ADD humor. DGR Dave has perfected content creation.

@@alysdexiawhat do you mean exactly? Usually he’ll upload trimmed versions of streams for those who don’t have time to watch full streams. Rarely he’ll re-upload an older video. Not sure why. I’ve watched him for 4 years, and seen him do it a handful of times.

15:30 I played (and cleared) a level just like this, but you only had to hold Down for about 20 minutes to wait out a single P-switch timer, going back and forth through the same pipe. I gave the level a Like, considering it a form of art (as the level you played is also tagged). But I see someone really took this idea to the extreme.

Just for troll potential, MM3 needs white platforms (like blue platforms but also have properties of the white SMB3 block and can be layered, so when riding on a track through a one tile gap with a spike or piranha ceiling, you hop and die. Also horizontal and vertical screen wrap, Chucks, and dolphins.

@@mike1024. (I am the builder of the Level) Yes, ChatGPT did the constructions and not the Level Design. Since ChatGPT doesn't know much about Mario Maker they are all pretty basic, but you can also always ask ChatGPT for further explainations for the individual trolls.

Watching this channel one easily gets the impression that SMM2 user-made levels only consist of troll levels and levels that are excruciatingly hard or obscure. It's refreshing to see that some authors actually create very fun-looking levels.

I gave up on trying to get DGR's attention to play my levels. Now I am just happy if more than 10 people play them. Sure, I made a really bad level before, but oddly it's my most liked one?! Lol "Break the infintant loop" used lava and a lot of red herrings to feel good enough to get likes while still being a bad level. Then I made a puzzle level a tad too hard with "Build a Bridge w/ Bowser JR." With silly bridge mechanics from kiazio blocks. I even made a hard level with a full checkpoint city safe zone for the lolz and He's never played it.

Yeah, I feel you. I have a decent-sized fanbase, as well as an all-time medal, yet I have been trying since 2021 to get DGR to play my levels. I've made troll levels, uno mas levels, some with the #DGR tag, and still he has never played a level of mine. It doesn't even matter how well known you are, it's entirely luck, especially since most of the levels he plays are from makers he follows.

But I am sure there is a work around to solve that, but he makes money on the other platform, so I don't exactly blame the guy.
