You need to go to a hearing and provide sufficient evidence for one. This dude was clearly harassing AND stalking her. She listed 3 places that he isn't permitted to go near. That means he knew her nsme, where she worked, where she lived, and her schedule. It's likely his behavior escalated, just like it did in his video. No woman is gonna go out of her way to get a NC order for a stranger. This was way more personal and way too threatening for her to ignore. He's clearly lying.
