Thank you for restoring that home. Not only did you reconnect it to the neighborhood, it will be more hopeful for people to move into. Just at a look, as you recover the sidewalk, looking down two houses, it looks like that place is blocking the sidewalk from use, with a vehicle, and the sidewalk is becoming overgrown. Is this a neighborhood starting to fail, and would doing three or more houses start a turn-around? That was tough dirt in the gutter, didn't want to move. This was great work. It looks better, the backlog is cleaned-up, and the home fits into the neighborhood. Thank you.

Hey Mr Chris this senior citizen thanks you for cleaning up and clearing the sidewalk. You made it safer for the entire community be they handicapped, a parent pushing a baby stroller, kids on their way to school it’s so dangerous to have 5o walk in the street. This makeover was for the entire neighborhood and you took it to the next level. Pure awesomeness when you were done.

I agree with the person who said that they don't understand why the neighbors won't mow the abandoned house next to there's. They are only hurting themselves because squatters come in and drive down the price of their houses. Great job! Cris.

I agree too. Not only would we cut and edge, I would keep a pot of flowers or a plant alive near the door to make it look like someone lived there. We are 72 and 67, but we LOVE yard work. I imagine a few of our other neighbors would help too. We live on a GREAT street.
